* Let go of the things you Cannot control. If you are worrying over whether there will be a tornado this summer, let it go. You can be prepared in case the tornado comes, but you cannot have any influence over it happening or not.

* Think positive. It’s not unusual to focus on the negatives, but you’ll feel better if you spend more time thinking about what’s good in your life.

* Learn to relax - In our hectic world today, everyone is in a hurry to get somewhere and then get back. So, always allow yourself some space and time to relax every day. Stopping to relax will take some of the stress out of your life and also some of the anxiety. Try meditation or just doing nothing.

* Worry about things that are real. We worry about things that are beyond our control and we can’t do anything about. If you don’t stop to smell the roses, suddenly you will realize that life is passing you by. There are some events in life that are going to happen, and there is nothing you can do about them so don’t let the worries control you.
