Problems

People world wide just adore their wine. Many have wine with their meals and in some countries they make up excuses to eat so they can have their wine. My point is that wine is so very popular world wide that is why the world is full of wine stores.

But what really is wine? Well its classified as an alcoholic drink that is produced from grape juice after it ferments. Well, what exactly is fermentation? Here is the techie definition of fermentation: a process in which an agent causes an organic substance to break down into simpler substances; especially, the anaerobic breakdown of sugar into alcohol.

What is different about wine is that its chemical makeup and balance is such that their grapes are able to ferment apart from any addition of sugar, enzymes, acids or any other kinds of nutrients. Wine is a very special product because it goes so well with a meal and because it is fermented it is alcoholic and so makes the heart grow merry…you just have to be careful how “merry” the heart grows because it spills over to the head…and the head becomes “not so merry.”

All in all though isn’t wine a wonderful product so I say Let the world be full of wine stores.
